Jay Ivey is the Managing Editor for The B2B Marketing Mentor. At Software Advice, he conducts research and reports on business-to-business (B2B) marketing technologies, topics, and trends, with an emphasis on the practical applications of CRM software with sales force and marketing automation capabilities.

Prior to coming to Software Advice, Jay taught composition, business writing, and literature at George Mason University. His research currently focuses on trends in content marketing and inside sales. Outside of B2B, he has an interest in organizational psychology, finance, and real estate as they relate to the 2008 financial crisis.
